Terms of Service for PushGrid

These Terms of Service apply to PushGrid, chronotus.com, and related support services provided by Chronotus. By accessing or using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Chronotus handles personal information. App stores, advertising providers, analytics providers, and other third-party services may impose additional terms that apply to their own products and services.

Chronotus gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use PushGrid for personal, non-commercial purposes, and permission to access chronotus.com for lawful purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of the platform where you obtained the game.

This permission does not transfer ownership of PushGrid, the website, or any related content to you. Rights not expressly granted remain with Chronotus and its licensors.

PushGrid currently stores progress and preferences locally and does not provide an in-app account or cloud-save service. Local progress may not transfer when you change devices and may be lost if you clear app data or uninstall the game.

You are responsible for maintaining compatible hardware, software, network access, and any platform account required to download or use the game.

PushGrid may offer one-time in-app purchases, including a Supporter Pack and hint packs. Product availability, price, currency, tax, payment processing, and refund eligibility can depend on your platform, region, and app store. No recurring subscription is currently offered.

Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another platform processes your payment and applies its own billing and refund rules. Chronotus may receive limited transaction status and product information needed to fulfill or restore eligible purchases and provide support.

Some PushGrid builds may include optional rewarded ads, interstitial ads, analytics, consent tools, or other third-party services. Availability can vary by build, platform, region, and release.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Chronotus does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

When using PushGrid, chronotus.com, or related services, you must not:

• use them for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
• interfere with their operation, security, or other users' access;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, purchases, or features;
• copy, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass technical protections except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• misrepresent your relationship with Chronotus or use Chronotus content in a way that creates confusion about ownership or endorsement.

PushGrid, chronotus.com, the PushGrid and Chronotus names and logos, game code, artwork, audio, writing, designs, and other related content are owned by or licensed to Chronotus and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use Chronotus branding or game assets outside the permission granted by these terms unless you have prior written permission or applicable law allows the use.

PushGrid is under development. Chronotus may add, change, suspend, or remove features, content, store availability, support channels, or access to the game or website. Updates may be required for continued use, security, compatibility, or access to online or store-connected features.

We aim to keep PushGrid and chronotus.com available, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow Chronotus to use them to evaluate and improve its games and services without an obligation to compensate you. You keep ownership of any original material you submit.

Do not send confidential information or material that you do not have the right to share. Support availability and response times may vary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PushGrid, chronotus.com, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that they will always be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every device or purpose.

Nothing in these terms limits warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chronotus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or punitive damages, arising from your use of, or inability to use, PushGrid, chronotus.com, or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Chronotus may restrict or end access to a service if you materially violate these terms, create a security or legal risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using PushGrid or chronotus.com at any time and can uninstall the game to remove it from your device.

Terms that by their nature should continue after access ends, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability provisions, will continue to apply.

We may update these terms as PushGrid, chronotus.com, or related services change. The revised terms will be published on this page with a new Last updated date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to your later use, where permitted by law.
