Terms of Use for PushGrid

These Terms of Use apply to your use of PushGrid, official PushGridpages on chronotus.com, and related materials published by Chronotus.

By downloading, accessing, or using PushGrid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game or related official pages.

PushGrid is presented as a mobile puzzle game and related public-facing support material. The accessible implementation reviewed for these Terms does not include a mandatory in-app account, social sign-in, or subscription-based service model.

Official information about the game may also appear on store pages, test builds, and public support pages. Some features, monetization settings, and integrations may differ between builds and store platforms.

You agree not to misuse the game, website, or related services. In particular, you must not:

• use the service in violation of applicable law or the rights of others;
• interfere with or disrupt the game, store integration, website, or supporting infrastructure;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts connected to the service;
• use cheats, automation, or exploitative behavior in ways that damage the intended operation of the game; or
• copy, scrape, redistribute, or commercialize official materials in a way not authorized by Chronotus.

No in-app account creation or social login flow was identified in the implementation reviewed for these Terms. If a future version introduces account features, additional rules may apply to those features.

Because local progress is stored on the device in the accessible implementation, you are responsible for managing the device and platform account through which you access the game.

The accessible implementation includes one-time in-app purchase products, including a Supporter Pack and hint packs. A recurring subscription product was not identified in the implementation reviewed for these Terms.

All billing, payment handling, refunds, and restoration mechanics that are controlled by your app store are also subject to that store's own terms and policies. Payment card details are handled by the store platform, not described here as being stored directly by Chronotus.

Unless applicable law or platform policy requires otherwise, digital items made available in the game are licensed for your personal use within the game, are not transferable, and may not have cash value.

PushGrid includes advertising infrastructure associated with Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and related consent tooling. Optional rewarded ads are used for hint-related functionality in the accessible implementation, and interstitial infrastructure exists even if it may not be active in every build.

The game or site may also link to store pages, social channels, or other third-party destinations. Those services are controlled by their own operators and are governed by their own terms and policies.

Unless otherwise stated, PushGrid, the chronotus.com website, and their text, branding, source assets, audiovisual materials, and related content are owned by or licensed to Chronotus.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the game and official site for your personal, non-commercial use.

Chronotus may update, modify, pause, discontinue, or limit features of the game, website, ads, purchases, or support flows at any time. This includes changing features as development, testing, platform requirements, or business needs evolve.

We try to keep public-facing information accurate, but release timing, store availability, and feature details can change without prior notice.

PushGrid and the related website are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error free, or available in every region or on every device.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chronotus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the game or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are prepared by Chronotus, which operates from Turkey. Mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rights that apply in your place of residence continue to apply where required by law.
